With a warm, engaging approach, Berkeley utilizes practical and effective therapeutic strategies to help clients build resilience, manage stress, and foster personal growth. She is dedicated to meeting each client where they are, offering a nonjudgmental space to explore their emotions, experiences, and goals.

Berkeley was born and raised in Dallas, Texas, and attended Arizona State University, where she played Division I lacrosse while simultaneously earning a bachelor’s degree in Medical Studies and a master’s degree in Family and Human Development.

After graduating, she spent five years working as a medical business consultant before deciding to pursue her passion for mental health. Since earning her second master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Amberton University, she has continued to gain hands-on experience as a licensed counselor at Never Too Late Counseling.

Outside of counseling, she loves traveling, reading, shopping, working out, and spending quality time with family.
